Children have life questions. They need to know more than just the right answers, they need to memorize the Bible verses that give those answers. Truth Trackers provides a memory program which give Bible answers to life's questions. Does your child know God's answers to life's questions?
The Truth Tracker memory method is a responsive, memory program
The program includes core verses that we believe Christians should memorize. These verses are organized into a format that is age appropriate and further separated into 18 doctrines
This allows families and churches to memorize and review the verses over two three-year periods (every three years). Every Truth Tracker's Club learns and reviews 6 of those doctrines. The children memorize the life questions and Bible answers, reinforcing the truths of those 6 doctrines through daily devotions and weekly Club lessons. Organizing these doctrines in this fashion is beneficial because it allows parents and church leaders to know exactly what the children are memorizing. Many parents and churches have children memorize a lot of verses without any real organization. By the time a child grows up, some parents and churches can hope their children know the core verses to life's questions. This program allows families and churches to have a n organized, purposeful approach to Bible memory.
Families and church members now have an organized method that is simply better than random memorization; they can use Truth Trackers to memorize scripture together!
As children grow up and face trials, temptations, and spiritual challenges, they will have life questions.
Why not equip them at a young age to answer those questions straight from the Bible?
In Truth Trackers we present the truth that we want each child to learn by using our memory verse program, the answer that a child gives in Truth Trackers is actually given by quoting a memory verse.
This approach elevates the Scripture above any man's answer to life questions. Children learn God's own words in response to very important questions they will face.
Also, children should no longer say, "May I have the first word?" With the responsive approach the question is the stimulus for them to say the verse. A parent or leader says the question, and the child quotes the verse he has memorized in answer to that question.
Th Truth Trackers memory program requires a child to memorize only one verse a week. This small requirement is purposeful. Our goal is to increase the quality of Scripture memory, not just the quantity.
However, the children review by repeating the previous week's verses. In other words, their verses are progressively cumulative. We designed the program this way to facilitate long-term memory.
The best memory program is not one the encourages children to quickly learn, say, and sadly , forget, but the program that requires repetition for a number of weeks.
